Hearthkin is a private app for a single family or household — see who’s home, keep a shared note and shopping list, and remember the dates that matter. If something isn’t working or you have a question, get in touch and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

How do I invite my family? Open the app, go to Settings, and share your family invite link. Anyone who opens the link on their iPhone can join your family.
Why isn’t my “home / away” status updating? Presence needs location access. In iOS Settings → Hearthkin → Location, make sure access is set to “Always” so the app can detect when you arrive or leave home in the background.
I’m not getting notifications. Check iOS Settings → Hearthkin → Notifications and make sure they’re allowed.
How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your personal data and content from our systems and revokes your Sign in with Apple connection.
